In ancient times, women gathered in December to celebrate the Winter Solstice, the dark time of the year that gives birth to creative dreams and visions. This celebration marks both the end of darkness and the return of light, the beginning of a new year.

Our love of sisterhood is profound. The power we feel in circle is the deepest part of our hearts, when we come together to leave a legacy of love, honoring each other moment by moment.

We will share ceremonial cacao, a sacred heart-opening elixir used for thousands of years to connect us more deeply to love, joy, and creative flow.

Cacao nourishes the body, enhances mood, increases focus, and awakens the heart, supporting emotional healing and a deeper connection to ourselves and one another.

Together, we’ll explore the heart and root chakras, the bridge between love, creativity, and grounded embodiment. Through breath, song, drum, somatic movement, dance, deep rest, and love, we’ll journey into our bodies and open to the rhythm of life returning with the light.
