A Sacred Cacao & Creative Devotion Ceremony
At the turning of one cycle into another, we gather in circle to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what is quietly asking to be honored.
This ceremony is an invitation to return to your inner creativity, intuition, and voice—the places within you where truth forms before it is spoken, and where ideas and desires are first felt rather than forced. Together, we’ll explore the gentle relationship between our creative center and our voice, remembering that expression is most powerful when it comes from listening, not pressure.
We will share ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant ally used for thousands of years to support emotional healing, clarity, and heart opening creative flow. Cacao invites us into presence—softening the body, opening the heart, and helping us tune into our natural rhythm.
This gathering takes place during a meaningful transition: the closing of the Snake year, associated with shedding, reflection, and inner wisdom, and the approach of the Fire Horse year, a time of movement, embodiment, vitality, and authentic expression. As one cycle completes and another begins, we create space to release what no longer needs our effort and to tend to what is ready to unfold in its own time.
As part of this ceremony, we will be guided through a reflective ritual of 13 devotions—simple words or phrases that represent qualities, prayers, or energies you are embodying in the coming cycle. These are not goals to achieve, but seeds to entrust. Over the days that follow the ceremony, each devotion is gently released back to the Divine, nature, etc. allowing trust, timing, and surrender to guide the process. The final devotion is carried forward as the new cycle begins, not as something to chase, but as something to live into.
Through breath, gentle movement, drumming, sound, guided reflection, and rest, we’ll create space for creativity to move through the body and for the voice to emerge naturally—honest, grounded, and true.
Held in sisterhood, this ceremony is a space of reverence, connection, and care. A remembering of the wisdom already within you, and the power of gathering with intention.

What to Expect
This is a gently guided, welcoming ceremony. No prior experience with cacao, meditation, or ritual is needed.
You can expect:
A warm, grounding opening to help you settle into your body and the space
Sharing pure ceremonial cacao in a slow, intentional way
Guided reflection and visualization to support inner listening and creativity
A simple, meaningful ritual of 13 devotions to carry with you beyond the ceremony and into the lunar new year
Gentle movement, drumming, sound, and voice exploration (all offered as invitations to explore your authentic expression)
Moments of rest, stillness, and integration
You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you. There is no pressure to speak, sing, share, or perform. This is a space to listen, feel, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, intentional circle.
Please come wearing comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel grounded (a journal, water bottle, shawl, or small personal item if you wish).
