My name is Sam and I am the founder of The Way She Was Made. I help soulful, intuitive women in business align their strategy with their nervous system, feminine cycles, and soul design — so they can create sustainable offers, express their truth, and grow a business that feels like home to their next-level self.
The past few weeks I have noticed myself struggling to show up in my business with a focus on life and feeling stuck in survival mode. As I transition into my new home, deal with the chaos of a move and shift my focus back to my business after losing my kitty from a battle with an autoimmune shut down - I recognized that I wanted. to get back to a routine of nourishing my mind, body, soul and business from a place of alignment.
I Built myself a tracker and challenged myself to 21 days of consistency, nourishment and focus and wanted to amplify this with the support of other strong visionary women as well.
