Let’s flow

In this workshop, we learned how our our cycle is made up of four unique phases — each with its own energy, strengths, and needs. We explored how syncing our movement with our inner seasons helps us feel more energized, empowered, and aligned in our bodies. From understanding how hormones impact motivation and mood, to discovering which types of workouts best support each phase, this experience gave us the tools to stop pushing through and start flowing with our natural rhythm.
