Social media is a great and very necessary component to your marketing business BUT Email is even more important. With email, you have a much higher rate of converting sales in addition to you own your email contact list (you don’t own your social media followers). We will work together to create and manage an email strategy that can be implemented into your marketing plan.

What does marketing meet holistic lifestyle coaching?
I struggled so much with the 9-5 schedule and trying to do it all to the point that I burnt myself out almost to the point of no return. After a phase 3 adrenal fatigue I found holistic health and the cycle syncing method which changed my life forever! It makes so much sense as women that we follow our cycle and work WITH our bodies rather than fighting against them to fit into a schedule that has left so many broken. All that to say, when you come up with a marketing plan it can be intimidating to say the least and then implementing it and staying on track becomes too much to handle - that is where the marketing flow helps to break down your marketing strategy to make it manageable, easy to implement AND easy to stay consistent.
Do I have to do lifestyle coaching and marketing?
I am here to help support you where YOU need it most. I feel that the discovery calls are the most important part of the process to see if A- we are a good match for each other (because let’s face it, we all have our people) & B- this is where we chat about your goals and challenges in order to create a plan that is personalized for YOU. I am happy to meet you where you are at whether that includes a blended approach with lifestyle coaching and marketing or just creating a strategy / branding / marketing plan that helps you take your business to the next level.
Are there any payment plans?
For coaching, I do offer payment options which will be outlined in your proposal and agreement. Standard terms include payment in full up front or in installments to be paid in full prior to starting your full coaching program. If you are in need of financial assistance and would like to discuss further, I am happy to talk through your situation on a case by case basis.
