Help me Save Homie
Against all odds, Homie has survived through SO MUCH. Homie is my fiery, spunky, crazy little kitty who was diagnosed with FIP last year in January. His nervous system shut his little body down completely and he dropped below 5lb within a week. That used to be a death sentence but I knew that he was not giving up so neither did I.
Homie fought. So I fought. He inspired me each and every day. Today- I had to bring him to the emergency vet with a blockage in his bladder from an infection and he needs help one more time.
Homie’s Story
Against all odds, Homie survived.
He’s been thriving — playful, curious, fiercely loyal — a walking miracle who LOVES playing with springs and messing with the dogs.
But this week, he had a sudden emergency.
Blood in his urine, pain, strange movement. I rushed him to emergency care, only to be met with huge costs and very few options.
Despite it all, I couldn’t walk away and give up on him - once again he was fighting - and I was right behind him.
I spent my savings to stabilize him for the night and get him out of the critical state. But I know more care is needed so I am asking for help to support him through this (which is something I never do).
