We will have a workshop style session with Sam from The Way She Was Made teaching about Cycle syncing, what it is, how to understand your body and it’s needs better and how to work WITH your cycle rather than against it to get more done in less time and be more productive.
Following the workshop we will have the AMPT team walk you through a series of workouts with some interactive movement group fitness style “through the seasons” to give you an example of the intensity and flow that you ca work with to optimize your workouts and meet your body where it is at!
