When you understand how your energy naturally rises and falls throughout the month, you gain access to a deeper sense of alignment, self-trust, and ease in how you live, work, nourish yourself, and relate to others.
This rhythm exists whether you menstruate regularly, irregularly, hormonally, or no longer bleed. Your body still moves through energetic seasons — times for initiation, expression, discernment, and rest. Learning to work with these phases allows you to move through life with more compassion, intention, and sustainability.
Each phase carries its own wisdom, energy levels, emotional needs, and physical support. When you honor these shifts — instead of expecting yourself to show up the same way every day — your body feels safer, your nervous system settles, and your life begins to organize itself more naturally.
